We must understand what can be taught, and what the candidate needs to bring to the table. Defining success metrics in pivotal in this process.
FEE STRUCTURE

15% of proposed compensation with 50% due at signing.

Remaining 50% is due upon the candidate's acceptance of the offer.
The small print: No hidden fees. An NSA will be in place for 3 years from the candidates hire date.
